Guests may bring a reasonably sized cooler with snacks and drinks. Glass and Styrofoam are prohibited. Fishing is not allowed from the rafts. Guests should leave valuables and anything they do not want to lose or get wet behind.
Cancellation and changes
Cancel at least 24 hours before the trip for a full refund. Rescheduling is allowed. Use the change link in your confirmation email to add or subtract people from an existing reservation.
Conditions and operations
The float is a Class I river experience with five small rapids. Water levels, weather, launch timing, raft assignments, and availability can affect the experience. The Launchmaster chooses raft sizes and quantities based on group size, water levels, and availability. Truckee River Raft Company follows applicable local and state health protocols.
